The only thing is, the democrats are the ones trying to give them the money, from what I've been hearing. Not that it matters much to me, I don't think they should get a penny, but it doesn't appear to be Bush for once trying to give them everything. Really though, it's not like they were flying high and just got hit by this crunch, they've been fucking it up for years and years and years. What's 25 billion gonna do for them?
